Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - 130 cm deep, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosun's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (one-time entry during hours: 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 minutes, or 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone open from 16:00 until the closing time of the Wellness Zone. To ensure comfort and to allow all Guests to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please check current information in the Wellness tab*.
Furthermore, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and according to the facility's applicable rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without compensation.

- Souvenirs in the shop at Villa Rodven – here you can purchase magnets with images of villas, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use the mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, for which the resort provides during the stay a pet package: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet and a sachet of food as a welcome*
*If arrival with a pet is not reported, a fee applies according to the Regulations.
According to Art. 106b section 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the data for the invoice including the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide a VAT number during booking will prevent issuing a VAT invoice later.
