Additionally, booking through the website offers free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry during: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM up to 90 min, or 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM up to 60 min). Sauna Zone open from 4:00 PM until Wellness Zone closing time. To ensure comfort and allow all guests to use the Wellness Zone, a time limit has been introduced. Please check current information in the Wellness tab.*
Moreover, free access to pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and conditions according to the facility rules. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without compensation.

- Souvenirs at the shop in Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets with images of villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, for which the resort provides during the stay a dog package: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and a welcome food sachet*
*If arrival with pet is not notified, a fee applies according to the Regulations.
According to Art. 106b para. 5 of VAT Act if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during booking. Please provide the data for the invoice including the VAT ID number. Only if we include the VAT ID number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT ID number during booking will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
