- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, bosun’s bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (one-time entry during: 10:00 – 16:00 up to 90 minutes, or during 16:00 – 22:00 up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone open from 16:00 until Wellness Zone closing time. For the comfort of relaxation and to provide all Guests the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for stay in the zone. Furthermore, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only as availability allows and according to the facility’s rules and regulations. In case of malfunction, failures or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the duration of the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and a welcome food sachet*
*Failure to report arrival with a pet entails a fee according to the Regulations.
According to Art. 106b section 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us about this during the reservation process. Please provide the data on which the invoice is to be issued along with the VAT ID number. Only if we include the VAT ID on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT ID during the reservation will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
