THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation in comfortable and spacious apartments (our apartments range from 41 to 110 m2);
- Electric bike rental for each person over 12 years old - all day from 08:00 to 20:00* Bikes are models from 2023, 2024, and 2026, free charger rental, helmets in various sizes, reflective vests, repair kit, phone holder, professional security cable, and pump included, additional warning lights;
- possibility to use a child bike seat* when booking a Cool Gray bike;
- possibility to use a bike trailer* – at no extra charge;
- possibility to rent a rack* for 2 bikes for longer or shorter trips - free of charge;
*The number of bikes and accessories is limited, so we encourage Guests to reserve the appropriate available models in advance for the given day. We recommend that bike, seat, or trailer reservations be made at the time of booking accommodation.

- 1 parking space with direct access to the villa where the Apartment is located.;
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- The required refundable cash deposit for each bike in the amount of 300 PLN
When booking through the website we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Bosman's bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry at times: 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 minutes, or 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the Wellness Zone closes. For the comfort of all Guests and to ensure everyone has the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please check the current information under the Wellness tab*.
Moreover, free access to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and in accordance with the facility's rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or events caused by force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without compensation.
*Access to the zone is possible subject to availability at appropriate times. Norweska Dolina reserves the right to deny entry to the zone in case of no free spots and availability during appropriate times due to prior reservations.

- Availability of maps and information about trails, bike paths, etc. at Reception subject to availability.
- Nordic Walking poles subject to availability.
- Outdoor playground, including swings, a seesaw-type swing, and a carousel among others.
THE PACKAGE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Additional orders at the "Fifth Season" Restaurant
- Additional orders at the Viking Club
- Additional orders at the Garden Bar (open in summer season) subject to favorable weather conditions.
Dear Guests, we have specially prepared a 10% discount on additional gastronomy services at the Fifth Season Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Entertainment Zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room, and other games in the "Viking Club"
- Souvenirs in the shop in Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets with images of villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs for example as gifts for your loved ones
- Possibility to use the mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and a welcome food sachet*
*If you fail to report arrival with a pet, a fee applies according to the Regulations.
According to Art. 106b para. 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us during the booking process. Please provide the details for the invoice, including the VAT ID number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT ID number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT ID number during booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
