PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation in comfortable and spacious apartments (the size of our apartments ranges from 41-110 m2);
- Electric bike rental for each person - all day from 08:00 to 20:00* Bikes are models from 2023, 2024, and 2026, free charger rental, helmets in various sizes, reflective vests, repair kit, phone holder, professional security cable, and pump included, additional warning lights;
- possibility to use a child bike seat* when booking a Cool Gray bike;
- possibility to use a bike trailer* – free of charge;
- possibility to rent a rack* for 2 bikes for longer or shorter trips - free of charge;
*The number of bikes and accessories is limited, so we encourage Guests to book the appropriate available models in advance for the given day. We recommend booking the bike, child seat, or trailer at the time of booking the stay.
- WiFi - fiber optic;
- 1 parking space with direct entrance to the villa where the Apartment is located.;
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- A refundable cash deposit required for each bike in the amount of 300 PLN
When booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Bosman's bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, upon prior registration for the zone (single entry within hours: 10:00 – 16:00 up to 90 minutes, or 16:00 – 22:00 up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the closing hour of the Wellness Zone. To ensure comfort of stay and allow all Guests to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please check current information in the Wellness tab*.
Additionally, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and in accordance with the facility's rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.
*Use of the zone is possible subject to availability during the appropriate hours. Norweska Dolina reserves the right to refuse entry to the zone if there are no available places and availability during the appropriate hours due to prior bookings for those hours.

Additionally, free of charge on the resort grounds we offer:
- Relaxation and rest area by the ponds.
- Waterfall flowing from under one of the Villas near the "Fifth Season" Restaurant.
- Numerous and pristine hiking trails in "Happiness Valley" with views of nature.
- Availability of maps and information about trails, bike paths, etc. at the Reception subject to availability.
- Nordic Walking poles subject to availability.
- Outdoor playground, including swings, a seesaw swing in the shape of a dragonfly, carousel, among others.
PACKAGE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Additional orders in the "Fifth Season" Restaurant
- Additional orders in the Viking Club
- Additional orders in the Garden Bar (during summer) open in favorable weather conditions.
Dear Guests, we have prepared a 10% discount on additional gastronomic services at the Fifth Season Restaurant and the Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Entertainment Zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room, and other games in the "Viking Club"
- Souvenirs in the shop in Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets with images of villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs e.g. as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, for which the resort provides a dog package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, pet toy, and a treat sachet for welcome*
*Failure to notify arrival with a pet will result in a fee according to the Regulations.
According to Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us about this fact during the booking process. Please provide the details for the invoice along with the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during booking will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
