Additionally, booking through the website offers free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, upon prior registration for the zone (one-time entry between: 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 min, or between 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone open from 16:00 until Wellness Zone closing time. To ensure all Guests can enjoy the Wellness Zone comfortably, a time limit for stays in the zone has been introduced. Please check current information in the Wellness tab.*
Additionally, free entrance to the pool and wellness area is offered only depending on availability and in accordance with the property's rules and regulations. In case of planned renovations, failures, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without compensation.

- Souvenirs in the shop at Villa Rodven – here you can purchase magnets with villas' images, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, towel, toy, and a welcome food pouch*
*Failure to notify arrival with a pet will result in a fee according to the Regulations.
In accordance with Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/booking, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the data for the invoice along with the VAT ID number. Only if we include the VAT ID number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT ID during booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.
