Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, upon prior registration for the zone (one-time entry during: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm for up to 90 min, or 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm for up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone open from 4:00 pm until closing of the Wellness Zone. To ensure comfort and provide all Guests the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for stays in the zone. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab.*
Furthermore, free access to the pool and wellness zone is offered only as availability permits, according to the facility's rules and regulations. In case of malfunctions, defects, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

Dear Guests, we have specially prepared attractive discounts for additional catering services at the Fifth Season Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Entertainment Zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room and other games in the "Viking Club"
- Souvenirs in the shop at Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets featuring the villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs for example as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility of using mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and a welcome food sachet*
*Failure to notify pet arrival will result in a fee in accordance with the Regulations.
According to art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/booking, you must inform us about it during the booking process. Please provide data for the invoice issuance along with the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during booking will prevent issuing a VAT invoice later.
