THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:

- Dinners in the form of Swedish buffets with a wide assortment of dishes* (in low seasons dinner is served from 20 people).

- Electric bicycle rental for each person over 12 years old - all day from 08:00 to 20:00* Bicycles are models from 2023, 2024 and 2026, free charger rental, helmets in various sizes, reflective vests, repair kit, phone holder, professional security cable and pump included, additional warning lighting;
- possibility to use a child bike seat* when booking the Cool Gray bike;
- possibility to use a bike trailer* – free of charge;
- possibility to rent a rack* for 2 bicycles for longer and shorter trips - free of charge;
*The number of bicycles and accessories is limited, therefore we encourage Guests to book the appropriate available models in advance on a given day. We recommend that the reservation of a bicycle, child seat or trailer be made during the accommodation booking process.

Booking through the website offers free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Bosman's bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry in the hours: 10:00 – 16:00 up to 90 min, or 16:00 – 22:00 up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone open from 16:00 until the Wellness Zone closes. Keeping in mind guest comfort and to ensure all guests can use the Wellness Zone, a time limit for stay in the zone has been introduced. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab*.
Additionally, free entry to the pool and wellness area is offered only subject to availability and in accordance with the facility’s rules and regulations. In case of failures, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without compensation.
*Use of the zone is possible subject to availability during the appropriate hours. Norweska Dolina reserves the right to deny entry to the zone if there are no available spots and availability during the respective hours due to prior reservations for specific times.

- Outdoor playground, which includes among others swings, a seesaw-type dragonfly swing, carousel.

Dear Guests, we have prepared a 10% discount on additional gastronomic services in the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.

- Souvenirs at the shop in Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets with images of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs as gifts for your loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides for the stay a dog package: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet and a pack of food as a welcome gift*
*Failure to declare arrival with a pet will result in a fee in accordance with the Regulations.
Pursuant to Article 106b para. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data to which the invoice should be issued, including the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
