THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:

When booking through the website we offer free of charge:

  • Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Bosman's bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry during hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM for up to 90 minutes, or during 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 4:00 PM until the closing of the Wellness Zone. Considering the comfort of relaxation and wanting to provide all Guests with the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please check the current information in the Wellness section*.

Additionally, free admission to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to possibility and availability, according to the facility's valid rules and regulations. In case of failures, defects, or events resulting from force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

*Use of the zone is possible subject to availability at appropriate hours. Norweska Dolina reserves the right to refuse entry to the zone in case of no free spaces and availability at appropriate hours due to earlier reservations for the respective hours.

  • Availability of maps and information about trails, bike paths, etc. at Reception subject to availability.
  • Poles for Nordic Walking subject to availability.
  • Outdoor playground, which includes among others swings, a seesaw swing, and a carousel.

Dear Guests, we have specially prepared a 10% discount on additional catering services in the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at Norweska Dolina Resort.

  • Entertainment zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room and other games in the “Viking Club”
  • Souvenirs in the shop in Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets with villa images, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs as, for example, gifts for loved ones
  • Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
  • Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet and a food sachet as a welcome gift*

*If the arrival with a pet is not reported, a fee applies according to the Regulations.

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data on which the invoice is to be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt, you will be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation makes it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.

Dear Guests,

We would like to inform you that, for your comfort during the high season, breakfasts at the "Fifth Season" Restaurant will be divided into four shifts:

Shift I – 7:30 – 8:30

Shift II – 8:30 – 9:30

Shift III – 9:30 – 10:30

Shift IV – 10:30 – 11:30

Further information regarding reservations will be provided by the Reception staff upon check-in.

Sport and entertainment

We know how important active recreation is when planning a stay. Our guests can use the available Wellness Zone daily during the complex's opening hours, which includes: a 12 x 4m swimming pool, depth up to 130 cm, 3 types of saunas: dry – infrared, Finnish, steam bath, jacuzzi, Bosman’s bucket, cold water tub for cooling down, ice fall - ice well, a device producing ice for cooling down after leaving the sauna between different cooling stages. Experience showers – with attractive relaxation programs. Guests staying in the Wellness Zone can exit the pool directly onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain landscape.

Moreover, with our younger guests in mind, we have prepared on the resort grounds:
Outdoor playground, available in favorable weather conditions, which includes among others swings, a seesaw type dragonfly swing, carousel.

When planning your stay at our facility, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the nearby cycling routes. They run along picturesque roads of the Karkonosze and Izera Mountains (cycling route maps are available at Reception).

The Izera Railway - the name given to the rail connection Jelenia Góra - Szklarska Poręba - Korenov, is a scenic trail that was restarted in 2010 after over 65 years of disuse. This extraordinary railway line, built at the beginning of the last century, is one of the most interesting in Poland. Mysterious bends, mountain cliffs, the fauna and flora of the Izera Mountains almost within reach make the journey by the iron Izera Railway an attraction itself. The route is very popular on both sides of the border, especially on weekends many tourists, as well as residents of border towns, go on trips by railbus. Most of the 120 seats are filled. In winter, you can admire snowy landscapes and mountain peaks surrounding Szklarska Poręba from the train windows. From autumn to spring, many classic skiers use this international connection as the Izera Railway can take them to the Cross-Country Skiing Center in Jakuszyce. There they have over 100 km of perfectly prepared trails at their disposal. The train ride from Szklarska to Korenov takes about 40 minutes one way. Upon arriving at the Korenov train station, you can visit the Cog Railway Museum. There you can find, among others, photos from a hundred years ago documenting the railway construction in the Karkonosze. The museum also has a board with information in three languages: Polish, German, and Czech about attractions in Szklarska Poręba. After visiting the museum, you can go on a hiking trip in the Czech Karkonosze Mountains.

On the Szklarska Poręba Górna - Szklarska Poręba Jakuszyce section, tickets are sold under the general rules applicable in Regional Transport.
Travel to Harrachov is based on single tickets issued to the Jakuszyce State Border point.

Attractions and localization

Here you will find a designer style that no other facility within a 100 km radius of Szklarska Poręba offers. Norwegian Valley guarantees that each of our apartments is unique and characterized by an individual style (comfortable apartments ranging from 41 to 110 m²). Beautiful terraces and balconies add charm and provide additional space to relax (their area is not included in the apartment's square footage).

It is precisely due to the direct vicinity of the nature reserve that the resort was designed so that its minimalist and unobtrusive form discreetly blends into the surroundings. As much as 1.5 hectares, which we offer to our Guests, consists of green areas and a garden blooming in summer.

Each of the Villas stands out with an individual character, referring to a chosen field of art or craft. Guests can discover the unique atmosphere of the Villa in which they are accommodated during their stay:

Worth knowing

During your stay, wearing FB stay wristbands (including breakfasts, lunches, and dinners) is mandatory. Without the wristbands, services included in the stay will not be provided.

Condition for using the services included in the stay package

The condition for using the services and benefits included in the purchased stay package is that all participants of the stay must wear an identification wristband issued by the Norweska Dolina Resort on their wrist.

The identification wristband is the basis for verifying the guest's right to use the services included in the purchased package, especially services such as: breakfasts, lunches, dinners, animation activities, workshops, additional access to the pool, sauna, and gym at KRUS (according to regulations), special events, activities for children and parents, and other benefits provided in the stay offer.

If the guest refuses to wear the identification wristband or does not have it while using the services included in the package, the Resort has the right to refuse providing services that require confirmation of entitlement to their use. Refusal to wear the identification wristband is equivalent to voluntary resignation from the possibility of using services that require identification of stay participants.

Refusal to wear the identification wristband does not constitute grounds for requesting a refund of the stay cost, refund of additional paid services, or refund of the value of benefits included in the purchased package, which were included in the calculation of its price.
Due to refusal to wear the identification wristband or resignation from using services requiring its possession, the guest(s) are not entitled to a refund of unused benefits, a price reduction for the stay, or to claim compensation related to refusal to provide services included in the purchased package.

Please note that vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars are prohibited from entering the underground garage. We kindly ask owners of these vehicles to use only the external parking lot on the resort grounds, in accordance with parking fees. We remind you that non-compliance with the ban may result in a penalty according to the regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

The day starts at 12:00 on the day of arrival, and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, please inquire at Reception for details.

Upon special request, the guest can order additional cleaning along with a complete linen change according to the price list. Service for the aforementioned apartments is carried out between 09:00 - 21:00 subject to availability.

Unused benefits do not result in a refund.

When renting bathrobes, the facility collects a deposit in the form of pre-authorization on a credit card or cash returned on the day of departure.

If you are arriving with infants or children under 3 years old, we will gladly provide a cot in the apartment according to the price list.

We would like to inform you that in the “Fifth Season” Restaurant and the Viking Club, a 10% service charge will be added to the bill. If you do not wish to leave a tip for your servers, bartenders, and chefs, please inform us before the bill is issued.
