Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4 m swimming pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman's bucket) during opening hours, subject to availability and upon prior booking of a time slot (one-time admission between 10.00 – 16.00 for up to 90 minutes, or between 16.00 – 22.00 for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16.00 until the Wellness Zone closes. Bearing in mind the comfort of your stay and wishing to ensure that all Guests have the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for stays in the zone. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab*
Furthermore, complimentary access to the swimming pool and Wellness Zone is offered solely subject to possibilities and availability, in accordance with the facility’s current rules and regulations. In the event of scheduled renovation works, breakdowns, faults or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without the possibility of compensation.
*Use of the zone is possible subject to availability during the relevant hours. Norweska Dolina reserves the right to refuse entry to the zone if there are no available places during the relevant hours due to prior reservations for those time slots.

Dear Guests, especially for you we have prepared a 10% discount on additional catering services at the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant and Klub Wikinga - exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Entertainment Zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room and other games at “Klub Wikinga” from 14:00 until closing.
- Souvenirs at the gift shop in Rodven Villa – where you can purchase magnets featuring images of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs, for example as gifts for your loved ones
- The opportunity to use the services of a mountain guide, subject to availability.
- Pet stay, as part of which the resort provides a dog package for the duration of the stay: a sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, pet toy and a sachet of food as a welcome gift*
*Failure to report arrival with a pet will incur a fee in accordance with the Regulations.
Pursuant to Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this when making the reservation. Please provide the details for the invoice, including the VAT identification number (NIP). You will only be able to receive a VAT invoice if we include the NIP on the receipt. Failure to provide the NIP when making the reservation will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
