PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:

• Accommodation in comfortable and spacious apartments (the size of our apartments is 41-110 m²);

For your convenience, waste bags are available in front of each villa to help maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of the surroundings.

• Exquisite breakfasts served as Swedish buffet with drinks in the "Fifth Season" Restaurant, offering a widely varied menu*

  *It is possible to prepare special breakfast for people with food intolerances, after prior notification in the comments during booking.

At Norwegian Valley we are happy to welcome pets — also in the restaurant area. Please take care of your pet during the stay and respect the comfort of other Guests.

• Pet stay at a special price with a 50% discount. During the stay in the Apartment, a special welcome package awaits your pet: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, a toy for the pet, and a sachet of welcome food
• Parking space with direct entrance to the villa where the Apartment is located
• WiFi - fiber optic

Booking through the website includes free of charge:

• Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Bosman bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm up to 90 minutes, or from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone open from 4:00 pm until closing time of the Wellness Zone. Considering the comfort of relaxation and to provide all Guests with the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for stay in the zone. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab*.

Additionally, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to possibilities and availability, according to the facility’s rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

*Use of the zone is possible subject to availability at appropriate hours. Norwegian Valley reserves the right to refuse entry to the zone in case of no free spots and availability at the appropriate hours due to previously made reservations for specific hours.

Additionally, free of charge on the resort premises we offer:

• Waterfall flowing from under one of the Villas near the "Fifth Season" Restaurant.
• Numerous and pristine trails for hiking in the "Valley of Happiness" with nature views.
• Availability of maps and information about trails, bike paths, etc. at Reception subject to availability.
• Nordic Walking poles subject to availability.
• Outdoor playground featuring, among others, swings, a seesaw swing shaped like a dragonfly, and a carousel.

PACKAGE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Additional orders in the "Fifth Season" Restaurant
• Additional orders in the Viking Club
• Additional orders in the Garden Bar (during the summer season) open in favorable weather conditions.

Dear Guests, specially for you we have prepared a 10% discount on additional gastronomic services in the Fifth Season Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at the Norwegian Valley Resort.

• Entertainment Zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room and other games in the "Viking Club"
• Souvenirs in the gift shop in Villa Rodven – here you can purchase magnets with images of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs for example as gifts for loved ones
• Possibility of using mountain guide services subject to availability

According to Art. 106b para. 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us about it during the booking process. Please provide the data for the invoice to be issued, including the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during booking will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
