Fifth Season Restaurant is a vibrant place run by a young and energetic team of chefs. The concept is clear: to prepare dishes perfectly suited by the current season, using seasonal ingredients. We combine local flavours with international cuisine, allowing you to discover new dishes.
By drawing on tradition, we rediscover flavours that reflect the heritage of local products. Our kitchen proudly features Karkonosze specialities such as cheeses, natural honey from mountain apiaries, and aromatic herbs. Our Guests have the opportunity to taste excellent cold cuts and meats sourced from regional producers.

For your comfort, during periods of high occupancy at weekends, breakfast at the Fifth Season Restaurant will be divided into four time slots:
Slot I – 7:30–8:30
Slot II – 8:30–9:30
Slot III – 9:30–10:30
Slot IV – 10:30–11:30
Detailed information regarding time slot reservations will be provided by the Reception staff during check-in.
