- possibility to use a child bike seat* when booking a Cool Gray bike;
- possibility to use a bike trailer* – free of charge;
- possibility to rent a bike rack* for 2 bikes for longer and shorter trips - free of charge;
*The number of bikes and accessories is limited, so we encourage guests to book the appropriate available models in advance for the given day. We recommend that bike, child seat, or trailer reservations be made during the stay reservation process.

Booking through the website offers free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Bosun's bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry between 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 minutes, or between 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the Wellness Zone closes. To ensure all guests can enjoy the Wellness Zone comfortably, a time limit has been introduced. Please check current information in the Wellness section*.
Additionally, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only as availability allows, according to the property’s rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or force majeure, the property reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.
*Use of the zone is subject to availability at appropriate hours. Norweska Dolina reserves the right to refuse entry in case of no free spaces and availability due to prior reservations for the relevant time slots.

Dear Guests, we have specially prepared a 10% discount on additional gastronomic services at the Fifth Season Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at Norweska Dolina Resort.

- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and a sachet of food as a welcome gift*
*Failure to report arrival with a pet will incur a fee in accordance with the Regulations.
According to Article 106b section 5 of the VAT Act if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us about this fact during the booking process. Please provide the data to be included on the invoice along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive the VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.
