Are the villas connected?
The villas in the Norwegian Luxury Resort Valley are not connected by underground passages.
Can I resere apartments in one Villa?
The reservation of apartments in one villa depends on the category of apartments selected by you and the availability of individual villas. Please notify reception staff about the desire to accommodate several apartments in one building. The fulfillment of the request depends on the availability of the apartments.
Are the bedrooms in apartments locked? What kind of beds are there?
The Norwegian Valley Luxury Resort has 4 types of apartments: - Classic - apartment with a lockable bedroom and living room with a sofa bed or corner sofa - Premium - apartment with a lockable bedroom and living room with a sofa bed or corner sofa - Grand - apartment with two closed bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed or a corner or an apartment with a lockable bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed or a corner and a mezzanine double bed or a sofa / corner sofa - Penthouse - a suite with two closed bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed or corner
How are the apartments equipped?
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, hob, dishes, cutlery, pots). There is also a washing mashine in most of the apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer.
Are all grand apartments maisonettes?
Grand apartments are divided into two types: - apartments with two closed bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed or corner sofa - apartment with one closed bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed or corner sofa and a double bed or sofa / corner sofa on the mezzanine.
In which villa our apartment will be?
The apartments are assigned accidentally before your arrival (from the bank of currently available apartments). All your additional wishes regarding the apartment depend on current availability.
Is it possible to add extra beds to the apartment?
The apartments do not have the option of adding extra beds. It is possible to put a travel cot for a child. The fee for renting a cot with linen is 50 PLN per night.
Where's the nearest shop?
The nearest local store is located about 1 km from the Norwegian Valley Luxury Resort, while the center of Szklarska Poręba is located about 3 km from the Resort.
Are maps of the area available?
The reception of the resort has both free and additional paid maps, leaflets and guidebooks.
Can I book an apartment in a villa with a pool?
Guests can book an apartment in Villa Rodven. At your disposal are 2 comfortable Penthouse apartments, which can accommodate up to 6 people each.
Can I book an apartment in a villa with restaurant?
At the Garmo villa you can book a Premium or Grand apartment. However, on order to enter the Fifth Season Restaurant you have to go outside.
Is there a restaurant, swimming pool in every villa?
The Fifth Season Restaurant is located in the Garmo villa, while the swimming pool and Wellness area are located in the reception building of the Rodven villa.
Are there towels in the apartment?
Each apartment is equipped with a set of towels for daily use (white towels) and a set of pool towels (brown towels). Towels change during the stay costs PLN 50.
Can I take my dog or cat?

Pets are allowed in the apartment. When making a reservation, please inform the Reception staff that you would like to take your pet with you, while every apartment has this option. At this price 149 PLN, a welcome package awaits your pet: a lair, bowls, a toy and a portion of food.

Reservations and payments

I can not get through. Why nobody is answering?
Reservations are accepted by reception staff, so if we are talking to our guests staying in the Norwegian Valley, we cannot answer the phone. Please send an email with questions, we will answer immediately, then.
Can I receive an invoice for the company?
Pursuant to Article 106b (5) of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for an order / reservation, please inform us when making the reservation. Please provide the data to be issued with the invoice NIP number.Only if we put the NIP number on the receipt, you will be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the booking process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
Can I pay in euros?
Payment for the stay can be made in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer before arrival. We accept only Polish zlotys for cash payments.

Car park

Where can I park my car? Is the car park inside?

Most apartments have been assigned to place in the underground garage. If the car doesn't fulfill the conditions of the size of the entrance to the garage, it can parked in specially designated outdoor parking spaces. Parking in the Norwegian Valley (in the underground garage or in the external car park) is paid 65 PLN per night for reservations made on the Norwegian Valley website.

What is the height of the garage door? Will I fit in with the box on the roof?
The lowest garages are 2.05m high. A car with an additional storage space on the roof can enter the parking lot. It is possible to leave the car in outdoor parking spaces.

Swimming pool

How many degrees does the pool water have?
Water in the pool is about 30 degrees of Celcius.
Can I leave used towels at the pool?
Used towels can be left at the reception. If more are needed, please report it to the reception employee or order a towel change using the tablet in the apartment. The cost of changing towels is 50PLN.
Are there bathrobes and pool slippers in the apartments?
The apartments are not equipped with bathrobes and pool slippers.
Are people who are not your guests allowed to attend the pool?
People who are not staying in the Norwegian Luxury Valley Resort have the opportunity to use the swimming pool and Wellness area for an additional fee of 45 PLN / entrance after determining the current availability with the Receptionist employee.


Can breakfast be ordered to the room?
Breakfasts are currently served only at the Fifth Season Restaurant and seasonally at the Rodven Restaurant. It is not possible to order breakfast with delivery to the apartment.
Is ordering dinners possible instantaneously?
If dinners were not ordered while booking the stay, these can be ordered instantaneously.
What time are meals served (breakfasts, dinners)?

We serve meals at the Fifth Season Restaurant at the Garmo villa. We serve breakfast between 8-11 A.M. and dinner between 2-7 P.M. (Summer 2021)

Is breakfast for people with celiac disease or lactose intolerance available?
All guests with any diets are requested to report food exclusions, we will try to prepare the appropriate meal.
Do I have to pay for drinks at the bar or an additional orders out of hand?
You can pay for additional orders in cash or by card. Alternatively, additional costs can be saved as a hotel loan to your account.

Registration of residence and checkout

Can I arrive before 4pm?
The hotel day starts at 4 P.M. It may happen that the apartment is ready earlier. Early check-in involves an additional 100PLN.
Is there a possibility to check out of the Resort afterwards?
Depending on the available apartments, you can extend the hotel day by another hours. Usually this involves a surcharge, the amount of which depends on the amount of extra hours.
Where can I leave my luggage?
Our guests are enabled to leave their luggage in receprion or other designated place without any toll.

Entertainment zone

How much is bowling?

Bowling between 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. costs 65 PLN/H.

Is booking bowling before arrival possible?
Bowling can be booked not only at any time of the stay, but also before your stay in Norwegian Valley (via e-mail)
