Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, upon prior registration for the zone (one-time entry in the hours: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm for up to 90 minutes, or between 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 4:00 pm until the Wellness Zone closes. To ensure comfort and allow all guests the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit on stays in the zone. Please check current information in the Wellness tab*.
Furthermore, free access to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and in accordance with the facility rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

Dear Guests, we have specially prepared attractive discounts for additional gastronomic services at the Fifth Season Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Entertainment zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room, and other games at the "Viking Club"
- Souvenirs at the shop in Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets with images of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and a sachet of welcome food*
*Failure to report arrival with a pet will result in a fee in accordance with the Regulations.
According to art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us about this fact when making the reservation. Please provide the data on which the invoice is to be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the booking process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.
