When booking through the website we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Bosman bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry during: 10:00 – 16:00 up to 90 minutes, or 16:00 – 22:00 up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the Wellness Zone closes. In order to ensure comfort and provide all guests the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for stay in the zone. Please refer to the current information in the Wellness tab*.
Additionally, free access to the pool and wellness zone is offered only as availability allows and according to the facility's applicable rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.
*Use of the zone is possible subject to availability at appropriate hours. Norweska Dolina reserves the right to deny access to the zone if no free spots or availability remain due to prior reservations for specific times.

*Failure to notify pet arrival will incur a fee in accordance with the Regulations.
According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the data for the invoice, including the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during booking will prevent issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.
