Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (one-time entry during the hours: 10.00 – 16.00 for up to 90 min, or from 16.00 – 22.00 for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16.00 until the closing time of the Wellness Zone. In consideration of the comfort of relaxation and to ensure all Guests can use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please familiarize yourself with the current information in the Wellness tab*.
Moreover, free admission to the pool and wellness area is offered only subject to availability and the facility's regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or events resulting from force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without the possibility of compensation.

*Access to the Wellness Zone is subject to availability at certain hours. Norwegian Valley reserves the right to refuse entry to the Wellness Zone in case of full occupancy at certain hours due to prior reservations.

Dear guests, we have prepared attractive discounts for you for our catering offer in the "Fifth Season" Restaurant and in the "Viking Club" Coctail Bar - offer available only for guests of Norwegian Valley Family Resort.

- Souvenirs from our mini shop in Rodven Villa - you can purchase personalised eco-products, cosmetics gadgets, and T-shirts - perfect as gifts for your loved ones,
- Services of a mountain guide (subject to availability),
- Pet stay, as part of the stay, for the duration of the stay the resort will provide a welcome dog package: a sleeping mat, a water bowl, a food bowl, a pet toy, and a food sachet*.
* If you fail to add the pet stay during the reservation, there will be an extra charge in accordance with the Resort Rules and Regulations.
Note: In accordance with Article 106b, Paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, it is required that you inform us when making the reservation. Please provide the billing data along with the Tax Identification Number. Only if we place the Tax Identification Number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the Tax Identification Number during the reservation process will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
