Moreover, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm for up to 90 minutes, or from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 4:00 pm until the closing time of the Wellness Zone. Considering guest comfort and to ensure that all guests can enjoy the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab.*
Furthermore, free access to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and in accordance with the facility rules and regulations. In case of faults, malfunctions, or events caused by force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without compensation.

According to Art. 106b para. 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data to which the invoice should be issued, including the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failing to provide the NIP number during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.
