According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact when making the reservation. Please provide the details for the invoice along with the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number (NIP) on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number (NIP) at the time of booking will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.

Worth knowing

Please note that the underground garage prohibits entry of vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the passenger car category. We ask owners of these vehicles to use only the external parking lot on the resort grounds, in accordance with parking fees.

Please be reminded that failure to comply with the ban may result in a financial penalty according to the Regulations and the towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
