Price does not include tourist tax in the amount of PLN 2.80 per person per night, which is additionally payable on the spot at the Resort

A deposit of PLN 500 for damages is required upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit card. The paid amount should be refunded upon check-out. The full deposit will be returned to the credit card account after checking the condition of the property.

Note: Panorama Gór reserves the right to freely change the price list depending on the occupancy rate during a certain period

In accordance with Art. 106b (5) of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you should inform us about this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data for which the invoice should be issued, along with the VAT number. Only if we include a VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Alimentation

Breakfasts served in buffet style with drinks at Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant in Norwegian Valley Luxury Resort (Szklarska Poręba, ul. Kopernika 9) from 8:00 to 11:00.

Worth knowing

We inform that in the underground garage, there is a ban on entry of vehicles with gas installation (LPG), electric ones as well as vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars. We request the owners of these vehicles to only use the outdoor parking on the resort premises, following the parking fees.

We remind you that failure to observe the prohibition is subject to a fine of 2000 PLN and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
