The breathtaking view from the window of the Karkonosze panorama will allow for a break from the daily routine. A great base for mountain trips, but also for a walk around the old town. Come to us and fall in love with the Mountain Panorama.

The package is valid from 01.09.2022 to 20.12.2023 for a minimum of 1 night.

The offer includes:

Additionally payable:

parking 50 PLN/day

Due to the dynamically changing situation related to the coronavirus threat, the program or its form may change or be canceled.

The price does not include tourist tax in the amount of 2.80 PLN per person per day, which is additionally payable on-site at the Resort

A deposit of PLN 500 for damages is required upon arrival. Payments can be made by credit card. The paid amount should be returned upon check-out. The entire deposit will be refunded to the credit card account after checking the condition of the property.

Attention: Panorama Mountains reserves the right to freely change the price list depending on the occupancy during a given period

According to art. 106b para. 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us about it during the booking process. Please provide the information for which the invoice should be issued, along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt, you will be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Worth knowing

Please be advised that vehicles with gas (LPG) installations, electric vehicles, and those exceeding the category of passenger cars are not permitted in the underground garage. We kindly ask the owners of these vehicles to use only the outdoor parking on the resort territory, according to the parking fees.

We remind you that failure to comply with the prohibition is punishable by a fine of 2000 PLN and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
