According to Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you must inform us about this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data to which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number (NIP) on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number (NIP) during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.

Worth knowing

Please be informed that vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars are prohibited from entering the underground garage. Owners of these vehicles are kindly requested to use only the external parking lot on the resort premises, according to the parking fees.

We remind you that non-compliance with the ban will result in a financial penalty in accordance with the Regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
