Additionally, when booking via the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, with prior reservation in the zone (one-time entry during hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM up to 90 minutes, or between 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone open from 4:00 PM until Wellness Zone closing time. For the comfort of the guests and to ensure everyone has the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, a time limit on stays has been introduced. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab*.
Additionally, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to possibilities and availability, in accordance with the facility's rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, malfunctions or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

Dear Guests, we have specially prepared attractive discounts on additional catering services at the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant and Viking Club exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Entertainment zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room and other games at the “Viking Club”
- Souvenirs at the shop in the Rodven Villa – here you can buy souvenirs with villa images, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs, for example as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use the mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, for which the resort provides a dog package during the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, towel, toy for the pet, and a food sachet as a welcome*
*If arrival with a pet is not reported, a fee applies in accordance with the Regulations.
In accordance with Art. 106b para. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for an order/reservation, please inform us of this fact when making the reservation. Please provide the data for the invoice including the VAT identification number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
