Furthermore, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, bosun's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (one-time entry during hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM for up to 90 min, or 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM for up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone open from 4:00 PM to Wellness Zone closing time. To ensure comfort and allow all Guests to enjoy the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for the stay in the zone. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab.*
Additionally, free entrance to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and capacity, in accordance with the facility's rules and regulations. In case of failures, malfunctions, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

- Souvenirs at the shop in Villa Rodven – here you can purchase magnets with villa images, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, towel, toy for the pet, and a welcome food sachet*
*If a pet arrival is not reported, a fee will apply according to the Regulations.
In accordance with Article 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data for the invoice to be issued, including the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
