We know how important active recreation is. Our guests can enjoy the Wellness Zone everyday (swimming pool, sauna zone, Bosuns bucket, Kneipp path). Additionally, there is an option to rent Nordic Walking sticks and Badminton rackets. When planning your stay at our complex, check out the local biking tracks. They run through picturesque roads of the Giant Moutains and Jizera Mountains (maps of them will be available at the Reception. You can also choose bikes from our "Oxygene" bike rental). During winter, we invite you to Oxygene ski gear rental (possibility of booking transport to ski slopes of the Szrenica complex).
The observation deck on the local landscape is for people who are in the Wellnes zone with direct access from the pool to this terrace. When planning a stay in our facility, we encourage you to familiarize They run along the picturesque roads of the Giant Moutains and Jizera Mountains (maps of bicycle routes are available at the reception with the surrounding cycling routes). Oxygene Rental, which is located within the resort, will take care of your comfort in the selection of bicycles or ski equipment. In the winter season, we invite you to the Oxygene ski equipment rental (booking possible travel to the ski slopes of the Szrenica complex).
Izerska Railway - as the railway connection Jelenia Góra - Szklarska Poręba - Korenov is called a picturesque trail, which was re-launched in 2010 after more than 65 years of non-use. This unusual railway line, built at the beginning of the last century, is one of the most interesting in Poland. Mysterious bends, mountain cliffs, fauna and flora of the Jizera Mountains almost at your fingertips makes traveling on the Jizera Railway an attraction. The connection is very popular on both sides of the border, especially on weekends for many tourists, but also for residents of border towns, going on a bus trip. There are 120 seats. Most of them are usually occupied. In winter, from the windows of the train you can admire the snowy landscapes and peaks of the mountains surrounding Szklarska Poręba. From autumn to spring many classic skiers use this international connection, who can get to the Cross-Country Skiing Center in Jakuszyce by the Jizera Railway. They have over 100 km of well-prepared routes at their disposal. You need to estimate about 40 minutes to travel by train from Szklarska Poręba to Korenov one way. After reaching the railway station in Korenov, you can visit the rack railway museum. There are, among others, photos from a hundred years ago documenting the construction of the railway in the Giant Moutains. The museum also has a board with information in three languages: Polish, German and Czech about the attractions of Szklarska Poręba. After visiting the museum, you can go hiking in the Czech Giant Mountains. TICKETS: On the section Szklarska Poręba Górna - Szklarska Poręba Jakuszyce, tickets are sold on general principles applicable in Regional Transport. Journey to Harrachov is based on one-time tickets issued to the Jakuszyce State Border point.
Children facilities
- Free stay if they sleep on existing beds. We encourage you to visit the Rodven Restaurant according to the schedule available at the Reception. We recommend this breakfast restaurant for families with children up to 6 years old due to specially prepared attractions for children (displaying fcartoons on the large screen during served breakfasts, play corner, close access to the Land of Dragons - parlor), as well as the proximity of the Wellness zone and swimming pool First floor in the same building.
- Possibility to use the services of Babysitters - Nanny in the apartment on a special request.
- Special menu for children, including baking waffles with the addition of little gourmand.
- Chairs for the youngest in both restaurant halls.

In our resort you will find designer style and luxury that no object offers within a 100 km radius of Szklarska Poręba. The Norwegian Valley guarantees that each of our apartments is unique and has a different style (luxury apartments from 41 to 110 m2). Beautiful terraces and balconies add charm and provide additional space to relax (their area is not included in the apartment's area).

The Norwegian Luxury Valley Resort is located in a quiet part of Szklarska Poręba. The property is surrounded by a number of additional attractions such as:

Worth knowing
The immediate vicinity of the nature reserve is the reason why the resort has been designed in such a minimalistic way. As much as 1.5 hectares, which we put at the disposal of our guests, are green areas - with over one hundred years old pines, birches and spruces. We took care of the summer flowering garden, planting over 15,000 plants. Outdoor Art Gardens is an exhibition of works you won't find in this part of Poland.
Policy towards children:
All children at the age of 2 - payment of 50 PLN per child /night (in baby cots).
If you plan to stay in the Norwegian Luxury Resort Valley, you have the option of taking your pet with you. A pet stay in a suite costs 149 PLN per night. You are welcome with an animal friend (for an extra charge):
- A sleeping mat - a couch for each dog staying at the resort,
- a sachet of welcome food on arrival at the resort,
- a water bowl, a food bowl,
- a toy mascot for our "Friend".
It is possible to extend the hotel day as part of the availability of apartments for an additional fee of PLN 150. Ask at the reception if this option will be available during your stay.
Apartment cleaning rules: On special request, the guest can order additional cleaning of the apartments during the stay at 200 PLN for Classic and Premium apartments. Additional cleaning of Grand and Penthouse style apartments costs 250 PLN. The price in each type of apartment also includes the replacement of the entire bedding. Apartment cleaning rules: In case of the average price for the entire reservation at the resort is 1000 PLN per day, the resort guarantees daily cleaning (every 3rd night change of the whole bed linen). Service of the above-mentioned apartments takes place from 9 A.M to 9 P.M. Failure to use any benefit will not result in a refund.
Prepayment Policy: The guest will be charged with the prepayment being the total price of the reservation at any time. Cancellation Policy: The guest will be charged the total price of the booking if canceled at any time. The hotel day starts at 4 P.M. on the day of arrival. The hotel day ends at 11 A.M. on the day of departure. We would like to inform you that at the Fifth Season Restaurant, Viking'S Club and Cafe Rodven, a 10% service charge will be added to the invoice. If you do not want to tip the waiters, bartenders and cooks serving you, please let us know before issuing the invoice.
Cancellation conditions: The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment will be refunded within 7 days of notification of the cancellation. If the booking is canceled after this time or if guests don't arrive, the property will charge the guest for 30% of the booking value. To guarantee your reservation, you must provide your credit card information or make a prepayment for 30% of the booking value via the online payment system.

Children of up to 6 years stay free of charge. Children of 12 years and more are fully charged.

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
