THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:

In addition, when booking via the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Area (12x4 m pool – depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp foot pathway, Bosman bucket) during opening hours, subject to availability, after prior booking for the area (one-time entry during: 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 minutes, or during 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Area is open from 16:00 until the Wellness Area closes. With comfort in mind and to ensure that all Guests can use the Wellness Area, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the area. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab*.
In addition, free access to the pool and the wellness area is offered only as far as possible and subject to availability, in accordance with the applicable premises rules and its regulations. In the event of scheduled renovation work, breakdowns, faults, or incidents arising from force majeure, the property reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without any possibility of compensation.

*Use of the area is possible, subject to availability, during the appropriate hours. The Norwegian Valley reserves the right to refuse entry to the area in case there are no available places and availability during the appropriate hours due to previously made reservations for those time slots.
In addition, we offer free of charge on the resort premises:
- Relaxation and rest area by the water ponds.
- A waterfall flowing from under the Kvernes Villa.
- Many walking trails in the “Valley of Happiness”.
- Availability of maps and information about trails, cycle paths, etc. at the reception, subject to availability.
- Walking poles for Nordic Walking, subject to availability.
- Outdoor playground, including among others swings, a seesaw swing (dragonfly type), a carousel.
THE PACKAGE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Additional orders at the Restaurant “Piąta Pora Roku”.
- Additional orders at the Viking Club.
Dear Guests, we have prepared attractive discounts for you on additional catering services at the Restaurant Piąta Pora Roku and at the Viking Club — exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Entertainment Areas: bowling, billiards, VIP room and other games at the “Viking Club”
- Souvenirs at the shop at the Rodven Villa – you can buy magnets featuring the villas, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs, e.g. as a gift for your loved ones
- Possibility to use the services of a mountain guide, subject to availability
- Keeping a pet, under which the resort provides a dog package for the duration of the stay: a sleeping mat, a water bowl, a food bowl, a toy for your pet, and a starter pouch of food*
*If arrival with a pet is not reported, a fee applies in accordance with the Regulations.
Pursuant to Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us about this when making the reservation. Please provide the details for the invoice and the NIP number. Only if we include your NIP number on the receipt will you be able to obtain a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
