The price does not include the climatic fee of 2.30 PLN per person/ night, which is additionally payable only on the basis of a transfer or taking a payment from a payment card, after receiving permission to charge this card. Without the possibility of direct contact with the Reception.

Note: Mountain's Panorama reserves the right to change the price list freely depending on the occupancy in the particular period.

In accordance with art. 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for your order / reservation, please inform us when making the reservation. Please provide the data on which the invoice is to be issued, along with the Tax Identification Number. Only if we put the tax identification number on the receipt you will be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the Tax Identification Number number during the booking process makes it impossible to issue a VAT invoice.

Check-in

Check-in begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your arrival time to the booked apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. In the apartment building Panorama Mountains there is no reception, therefore, the keys are collected at the reception, in the building Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, ul. Kopernika 9e. Animal policy

Pets are allowed only in indicated apartments - additional charge is required.

Car park- information

Parking - for every apartment one parking space is guaranteed, according to its description (roofed in garage concourse or unroofed outside the building).

Cancelling terms

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 14 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
