Additionally, by booking through the website, we offer free:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Area (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman bucket, ice well) during opening hours as available, after prior registration for the area (single entry during the hours: 10.00 AM – 4.00 PM for up to 90 minutes, or from 4.00 PM – 10.00 PM for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Area is open from 4.00 PM until the closing time of the Wellness Area. To ensure the comfort of relaxation and provide all Guests with the opportunity to use the Wellness Area, we have introduced a time limit on the stay in the area. Please check for current information in the Wellness tab.*
Additionally, free access to the pool and wellness area is offered only as availability permits, according to the property's regulations and rules. In case of failures, malfunctions, or events caused by force majeure, the property reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

Dear Guests, we have prepared attractive discounts on additional gastronomic services in the Fifth Season Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Entertainment Areas: bowling, billiards, VIP room, and other games in the “Viking Club”
- Souvenirs in the shop in Rodven Villa – here you can purchase magnets with pictures of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs as gifts for loved ones
- The opportunity to use mountain guide services as available
- Pet staying, during which the resort provides a dog package for the duration of the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, towel, toy for the pet, and a welcome food pouch*
*For failure to notify about bringing a pet, a fee as per the Regulations will apply.
According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details on which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only in the case of including our VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failing to provide the VAT number during reservation will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
