Treatments are performed on the 2nd day of stay and can also be performed on the check-out day after prior consultation. They are performed on working days from Monday to Friday*

*Guests planning a stay with treatments are requested to contact the CRR KRUS reception by e-mail at zabiegi-krus@ndresort.pl to jointly arrange a convenient treatment schedule. Treatments take place on working days from Monday to Friday. For bookings including weekends, the majority of treatments will be scheduled on working days during the stay.

  • 2 pools, 2 Wellness zones, and Gym included in the package: Guests of Norwegian Valley can use two pools, two wellness zones, and the gym — on the resort premises and at CRR KRUS, located only 150 m from the resort. Also available for an additional fee is access to the Salt Grotto.

Wellness at Norwegian Valley: daily pool entry, 3 saunas (dry, wet, infrared), jacuzzi, Bosun’s bucket, observation terrace for those staying in the Wellness zone. Opening hours subject to availability, with prior booking (single entry from 10:00 – 16:00 up to 90 min, or 16:00 – 22:00 up to 60 minutes). Sauna zone open from 16:00 until Wellness zone closes.

Wellness at CRR KRUS: daily access to the sports pool (12.5 x 25 meters), 2 saunas - dry, steam*, professional gym with 30 devices* and observation terrace. Single entrance up to 90 minutes daily, excluding the check-out day. Pool open Mon. - Sat.: 14:30-21:00. On Sundays and holidays pool is available: 09:00-21:00. Steam and dry saunas open Mon.-Sat.: 14:30-21:00, Sundays and holidays: 09:00-21:00. Gym available Mon.-Fri.: 08:00-20:00, Saturdays: 15:00-21:00. Gym closed on Sundays.

*According to KRUS regulations, gym access is for persons over 14 years of age, sauna zone access for persons over 16 years old under supervision of a full guardian. Available subject to availability.

Additionally, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to possibilities and availability, in accordance with the facilities' rules and regulations. In case of planned renovation, breakdowns, defects, or force majeure events, the facilities reserve the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

Dear Guests, we have prepared a 10% discount on additional gastronomic services at the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at the Norwegian Valley Resort.

  • Entertainment zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room, and other games in the "Viking Club" from 14:00 until closing.
  • Souvenirs in the shop at Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets with images of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs, e.g. as gifts for loved ones
  • Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability.
  • Pet stay, during which the resort provides for the pet: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy, and a pack of food upon arrival*

*A fee applies for failure to report arrival with a pet according to the Regulations.

According to Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you must inform us about this during the booking. Please provide the data for the invoice including the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during booking will make issuing a VAT invoice later impossible.

We would like to inform you that for your comfort during the high season, breakfasts at the "Fifth Season" Restaurant may be divided into IV shifts:

Shift I – 7:30 – 8:30

Shift II – 8:30 – 9:30

Shift III – 9:30 – 10:30

Shift IV – 10:30 – 11:30

Further information regarding reservations will be provided by the Reception staff during check-in.

Sport and entertainment

We know how important active recreation is as an element of planning your stay. Our guests can use the available Wellness Zone daily during the complex's opening hours, which includes: a 12 x 4m swimming pool, depth up to 130 cm, 3 types of saunas: dry – infrared, Finnish, steam bath, jacuzzi, Kneipp path – foot massage, Bosun's bucket, cold water tub for cooling down, icefall - ice well, a device producing ice for cooling off after leaving the sauna between different cooling stages. Experience showers – with attractive relaxation programs. Guests staying in the Wellness Zone can exit the pool directly onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain landscape.

Moreover, with our younger guests in mind, we have prepared on the resort grounds:

When planning your stay at our facility, we encourage you to acquaint yourself with the nearby cycling routes. They run along the picturesque roads of the Karkonosze and Izera Mountains (cycling route maps are available at the Reception).

Izera Railway - as the railway connection Jelenia Góra - Szklarska Poręba - Korenov is called, is a picturesque trail that was reopened in 2010 after more than 65 years of disuse. This extraordinary railway line, built at the beginning of the last century, is one of the most interesting in Poland. Mysterious bends, mountain cliffs, the fauna and flora of the Izera Mountains almost at your fingertips make the journey on the iron Izera Railway an attraction in itself. The connection is very popular on both sides of the border, especially on weekends when many tourists, but also residents of border towns, take trips by railbus. Of the 120 seats, most are filled. In winter you can admire snow-covered landscapes and mountain peaks surrounding Szklarska Poręba from the train windows. From autumn to spring, many cross-country skiers use this international connection, who can reach the Jakuszyce Cross-Country Ski Center by the Izera Railway. There, they have over 100 km of well-prepared trails at their disposal. The train ride from Szklarska to Korenov one way takes about 40 minutes. After arriving at the Korenov train station, you can visit the Cog Railway Museum. It includes, among others, photos from a hundred years ago documenting the construction of the railway in the Karkonosze. The museum also has a board displaying information in three languages: Polish, German, and Czech about the attractions of Szklarska Poręba. After visiting the museum, you can set off for a walking trip in the Czech Karkonosze Mountains.

On the section Szklarska Poręba Górna - Szklarska Poręba Jakuszyce, tickets are sold under the general rules applicable in Regional Transport.
The journey to Harrachov takes place based on single tickets issued to the Jakuszyce State Border point.

Attractions and localization

With us, you will find a designer style unlike any other property within 100 km of Szklarska Poręba. Norwegian Valley guarantees that each of our apartments is unique and characterized by an individual style (comfortable apartments ranging from 41 to 110 m²). Beautiful terraces and balconies add charm and provide additional space for relaxation (their area is not included in the apartment's square footage).

It is precisely because of the direct proximity to the nature reserve that the resort was designed to discreetly blend into the surroundings with its minimalist and unobtrusive form. As much as 1.5 hectares, which we make available to our Guests, consist of green areas and a garden blooming in summer.

Each Villa stands out with an individual character, referring to a chosen field of art or craft. Guests during their stay can discover the unique atmosphere of the Villa in which they have been accommodated:

Worth knowing

Wristbands for the FB stay (including breakfasts, lunches, and dinners) are mandatory during the stay. Without wristbands, services included in the stay will not be provided.

Condition for using the services included in the stay package

The condition for using the services and benefits included in the purchased stay package is that all guests wear the identification wristband issued by Resort Norweska Dolina on their wrists.

The identification wristband serves as the basis for verifying the guest's rights to use the services included in the purchased package, in particular such as breakfasts, lunches, dinners, animation activities, workshops, additional access to the pool, sauna, and gym at KRUS (according to regulations), special events, activities for children and parents, and other benefits included in the stay offer.

If a guest refuses to wear the identification wristband or does not have it while using the package services, the Resort has the right to refuse to provide services requiring proof of entitlement. Refusal to wear the identification wristband is equivalent to voluntary resignation from the possibility of using services that require guest identification.

Refusal to wear the identification wristband does not constitute grounds for requesting a refund of the stay cost, reimbursement of additional paid services, or a refund of the value of benefits included in the purchased package that were factored into the price calculation.
Due to refusal to wear the identification wristband or resignation from services requiring it, the guest(s) are not entitled to a refund for unused benefits, a price reduction of the stay, or claims related to the refusal to provide services included in the purchased package.

We inform you that vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the passenger car category are prohibited in the underground garage. Owners of these vehicles are requested to use only the external parking lot on the resort grounds, according to parking fees. Please note that non-compliance with the ban may result in a penalty under the Regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

The day starts at 12:00 on the day of arrival, and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure - this applies to the Mountain Regeneration package. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability; please ask at the Reception for details.

Upon special request, guests can order additional cleaning along with full bed linen replacement according to the price list. Service for the above apartments takes place between 09:00 and 21:00 subject to availability.

Non-use of any service does not entitle to a refund.

In case of renting bathrobes, the facility charges a deposit in the form of pre-authorization on a credit card or cash refundable on the day of departure.

If you are arriving with infants or a child under 3 years old, we will gladly provide a cot in the apartment according to the price list.

Please note that in the “Piąta Pora Roku” Restaurant and the Viking Club, a 10% service charge will be added to the bill. If you do not wish to leave a tip for the waiters, bartenders, and cooks serving you, please inform us before the bill is issued.

It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
