Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Attractions and animations according to the schedule available at the Reception
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, upon prior registration for the zone (one-time entry during: 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 minutes, or during 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the closing time of the Wellness Zone. To ensure comfort and provide all Guests the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, a time limit for stay has been introduced. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab*.
Moreover, free admission to the pool and wellness zone is offered only as availability permits, according to the current rules and regulations of the facility. In the event of planned renovations, breakdowns, defects, or force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without compensation.

- Large waterfall flowing from under one of the Villas near the "Fifth Season" Restaurant
- Outdoor relaxation and recreation area – possibility of sunbathing in favorable weather conditions
- Ski equipment storage in designated villas subject to availability
- Numerous and pristine hiking trails in "Happiness Valley" with views of nature

- Entertainment Zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room and other games in the "Viking Club"
- Souvenirs in the shop at Villa Rodven – here you can purchase magnets with images of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs as gifts for your loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, where the resort provides a pet package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and a welcome treat sachet*
*Failure to report arrival with a pet will result in a fee as per the Rules and Regulations.
According to article 106b section 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the data for the invoice including the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.
