Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Attractions and animations according to the schedule available at Reception
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, bosun's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (one-time entry between 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 min, or between 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the closing of the Wellness Zone. Taking into account the comfort of relaxation and to ensure that all guests can use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please refer to the current information in the Wellness tab.*
Additionally, free access to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and conditions, in accordance with the facility's rules and regulations. In case of breakdowns, faults, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to these attractions without compensation.

- Souvenirs in the shop in Rodven Villa – here you can buy magnets with images of villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs as gifts for your loved ones
- Possibility of using mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and welcome food sachet*
*If the arrival with a pet is not reported, a fee according to the Regulations applies.
According to Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you want to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the data on which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.
