Therefore, we invite you to Panorama Gór located in the center of Szklarska Poręba, where our guests are awaited by comfortable apartments in an excellent location. Nearby, there are attractive ski slopes as well as picturesque trails for cross-country skiers. Mountain hiking enthusiasts can explore the Karkonosze trails. Christmas in the mountains is an ideal option for all fans of active leisure, but also for those who seek undisturbed rest in nature, amidst mountain forests and the rustle of trees, allowing them to regain their inner harmony and balance.

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us of this at the time of booking. Please provide the details for which the invoice is to be issued, including the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the booking process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.

Alimentation

All meals are served in the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant at the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort (Szklarska Poręba, ul. Kopernika 9).

Breakfast is served as a buffet with beverages from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Worth knowing

We inform you that there is a ban on entry for vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars in the underground garage. We ask the owners of these vehicles to use only the external parking lot on the resort's premises, in accordance with the parking fees.

Please note that failure to comply with the ban may result in a monetary fine according to the Regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
