*Failure to notify arrival with a pet will incur a fee according to the Regulations.

According to art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, you must inform us during the booking process. Please provide the details for the invoice along with the VAT number. Only if our VAT number is included on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide a VAT number during the booking process will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date

All meals are served at the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant in the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort (Szklarska Poręba, ul. Kopernika 9).

Worth knowing

Please be informed that in the underground garage, vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars are prohibited. We kindly ask owners of these vehicles to use only the outdoor parking lot within the resort, according to the parking fees.

We remind you that failure to comply with the ban may result in a financial penalty in accordance with the Regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Pets are accepted. Additional charges may apply.

Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
