In accordance with Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details for the invoice along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Alimentation

All meals are served in the Fifth Season Restaurant at the Norwegian Valley Luxury Resort (Szklarska Poręba, ul. Kopernika 9).

Breakfasts are served in buffet style with drinks from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Worth knowing

We inform you that there is a ban on the entry of vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars in the underground garage. We ask the owners of these vehicles to use only the external parking on the premises of the resort, in accordance with parking fees.

We remind you that failure to comply with the ban carries a financial penalty according to the regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner’s expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
