Please provide the data for the invoice along with the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Worth knowing

Please be informed that vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars are prohibited from entering the underground garage. Owners of these vehicles are kindly asked to use only the external parking lot within the resort premises, according to the parking fees.

We remind you that failure to comply with the ban may result in a monetary penalty in accordance with the Regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
