Nearby, there are attractive ski slopes as well as picturesque cross-country ski trails. Mountain hiking enthusiasts can explore the Karkonosze trails. Christmas in the mountains is an ideal option for all fans of active leisure, but also for those seeking undisturbed rest surrounded by nature, amidst mountain forests and the sound of trees, allowing you to regain inner harmony and balance.

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us about this fact when making the reservation. Please provide the data for which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number when making the reservation will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date

Dishes for each person in the apartment:

We will also include a Christmas wafer and straw in the basket.

Worth knowing

Please be informed that the underground garage prohibits entry of vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars. We kindly ask owners of these vehicles to use only the external parking lot on the resort grounds, in accordance with the parking fees.

Please note that non-compliance with this ban may result in a fine of 2000 PLN and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
