PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation in comfortable and spacious apartments (the size of our apartments is approx. 34–68 m²) in the City Center Panorama Gór Apartment Building, located about 900 m from the Norweska Dolina Resort.
- Electric bike rental for each person - all day from 08:00 to 20:00* Bikes are models from 2023, 2024 and 2026, free charger rental, helmets in various sizes, reflective vests, repair kit, phone holder, professional security cable, and pump included, additional warning lights;
- possibility to use a child bike seat* when booking a Cool Gray bike;
- possibility to use a bike trailer* – free of charge;
- possibility to rent a rack* for 2 bikes for longer and shorter trips - free of charge;
*The number of bikes and accessories is limited, so we encourage Guests to book the appropriate available models in advance for the given day. We recommend that bike, child seat, or trailer booking be made at the stage of making the stay reservation.

- Required refundable cash deposit of 300 PLN per bike
According to Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice, you must inform us about this fact when making the booking/order. Please provide the data for the invoice, including the NIP number. Only if the NIP number is included on the receipt by us will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the booking process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
