THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:

Accommodation in comfortable and spacious apartments (the size of our apartments is approximately 34–68 m²) in the City Center Panorama Gór Apartment Building, located about 900 m from the Norweska Dolina Resort.
Exquisite breakfasts in the form of Swedish buffets with drinks at the "Piąta Pora Roku" Restaurant *(in Norweska Dolina, ul. Kopernika 9e), offering a widely varied menu. It is possible to prepare a special breakfast for people with food intolerances, upon prior notification in the comments during booking.

* Norweska Dolina Family Resort is located in Szklarska Poręba, at ul. Kopernika 9. Arrival is on your own.

Electric bike rental for each person - all day from 08:00 to 20:00* Bikes are models from 2023, 2024, and 2026, free charger rental, helmets in various sizes, reflective vests, repair kits, phone holders, professional security locks, and pumps included, additional warning lights;
possibility to use a child bike seat* when reserving the Cool Gray bike;
possibility to use a bike trailer* – free of charge;
possibility to rent a trunk* for 2 bikes for longer and shorter trips - free of charge;

*The number of bikes and accessories is limited, so we encourage Guests to book the appropriate available models in advance on the day of stay. We recommend that the bike, child seat, or trailer reservation is made at the time of booking the stay.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Required refundable cash deposit for each bike in the amount of 300 PLN

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, you must inform us about this at the time of booking. Please provide the data for the invoice including the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during booking will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.

We would like to inform you that, for your comfort, in case of high occupancy, breakfasts in the "The Fifth Season" Restaurant will be divided into IV shifts:

Shift I – 7:30 – 8:30

Shift II – 8:30 – 9:30

Shift III – 9:30 – 10:30

Shift IV – 10:30 – 11:30

Further information regarding reservations will be provided by the Reception staff during the check-in process.

Worth knowing

Please be informed that the underground garage is closed to vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars. We kindly ask the owners of these vehicles to use only the external parking on the resort grounds, according to the parking fees.

We remind you that failure to comply with the ban is subject to a financial penalty in accordance with the Regulations and vehicle towing at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
