THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:

Accommodation in comfortable and spacious apartments (the size of our apartments is approx. 34–68 m²) in the City Center Panorama Gór Apartment Building, located about 900 m from the Norweska Dolina Resort.
Exquisite breakfasts served as Swedish buffets with beverages at the “Piąta Pora Roku” Restaurant *(in Norweska Dolina, Kopernika 9e), offering a widely diverse menu. There is a possibility of preparing a special breakfast for people with food intolerances upon prior notification in the comments during booking.
Dinners served as Swedish buffets with a wide assortment of dishes at the "Piąta Pora Roku" Restaurant *(in Norweska Dolina, Kopernika 9e). During low seasons, dinner is served from a stay of 20 nights. There is a possibility of preparing dinner for people with food intolerances upon prior notification in the comments during booking.

* Norweska Dolina Family Resort is located in Szklarska Poręba, at Kopernika 9. Arrival is on your own.

Electric bike rental for each person - all day from 08:00 to 20:00* Bikes are models from 2023, 2024, and 2026, free charger rental, helmets in various sizes, reflective vests, repair kit, phone holder, professional security cable, and pump included, additional warning lights;
possibility to use a bike seat* when booking a Cool Gray bike;
possibility to use a bike trailer* – free of charge;
possibility to rent a rack* for 2 bikes for longer and shorter trips - free of charge;

*The number of bikes and accessories is limited, so we encourage Guests to book the appropriate available models in advance on the given day. We recommend that the rental of a bike, seat, or trailer be made already at the stage of booking the stay.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

A required refundable cash deposit for each bike in the amount of 300 PLN

According to article 106b section 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us about this fact during the booking. Please provide the details for the invoice including the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.

Dear Guests,

We would like to inform you that, for your comfort, in the event of high occupancy, breakfast at the "Fifth Season" Restaurant will be divided into four shifts:

Shift I – 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

Shift II – 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Shift III – 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Shift IV – 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Further information regarding bookings will be provided by the Reception staff during the check-in process.

Worth knowing

Please note that vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars are prohibited from entering the underground garage. Owners of these vehicles are requested to use only the external parking lot within the resort, in accordance with the parking fees.

We remind you that failure to comply with this prohibition may result in a fine in accordance with the Regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
