Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, bosun's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry between 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 minutes, or between 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the Wellness Zone closes. To ensure guest comfort and give all guests the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, a time limit for stay in the zone has been implemented. Please check the current information in the Wellness section.*
Additionally, free access to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and in accordance with the facility's current rules and regulations. In the event of planned renovation works, failures, malfunctions, or force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these amenities without compensation.

- Souvenirs at the boutique in Villa Rodven – here you can purchase magnets with images of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs as, for example, gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, for which the resort provides a dog package during the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, towel, toy for the pet, and a welcome food sachet*
*A fee applies if arrival with a pet is not reported, in accordance with the Regulations.
According to Art. 106b Sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us about this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data to which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue the VAT invoice later.
