Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12x4m pool - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosun's bucket) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry between 10:00 – 16:00 up to 90 minutes, or between 16:00 – 22:00 up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the Wellness Zone closes. To ensure comfort and provide all guests the opportunity to enjoy the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab*
Furthermore, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and conditions in accordance with the facility's rules and regulations. In case of planned renovation works, failures, defects, or force majeure events, the resort reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
Pet stays, during which the resort provides a pet package: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, towel, toy for the pet, and a welcome food sachet*
*Failure to report arrival with a pet incurs a fee according to the Regulations.
In accordance with Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during the booking. Please provide the data for the invoice along with the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during reservation will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
