Additionally, when booking through the website we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman's bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry during hours: 10:00 – 16:00 for up to 90 min, or from 16:00 – 22:00 for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 to the closing time of the Wellness Zone. In consideration of the comfort of relaxation and to ensure all guests can use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for the stay in the zone. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab.*
Moreover, free entry to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and capacity, in accordance with the facility’s applicable rules and regulations. In case of planned renovations, breakdowns, defects, or force majeure events, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

- Entertainment Zones: bowling, billiards, VIP room, and other games at the "Viking Club"
- Souvenirs at the shop in Villa Rodven – here you can buy magnets with images of villas, cosmetics, gadgets and other souvenirs, e.g., as a gift for loved ones
- Possibility to use mountain guide services subject to availability
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog pack for the duration of the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, toy for the pet, and a food sachet as a welcome*
*If arrival with a pet is not reported, a charge applies according to the Regulations.
According to Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/booking, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the data for which the invoice is to be issued along with the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP during booking will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
