Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free of charge:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Zone (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman bucket, ice well) during opening hours subject to availability, after prior registration for the zone (single entry between 10:00 – 16:00 up to 90 minutes, or between 16:00 – 22:00 up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Zone is open from 16:00 until the Wellness Zone closes. Considering relaxation comfort and desiring to provide all guests with the opportunity to use the Wellness Zone, we have introduced a time limit for staying in the zone. Please refer to current information in the Wellness tab.*
Moreover, free access to the pool and wellness zone is offered only subject to availability and according to the facility's existing rules and regulations. In case of planned renovations, failures, malfunctions, or events arising from force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without compensation.

- Relaxation zone with covered access to an active spring from centuries ago on a glass floor
- Relaxation zone by the water reservoir – ponds
- Relaxation zone - wooden veranda in the heart of the resort with a view of the courtyard

Dear Guests, we have specially prepared attractive discounts on additional catering services at the Fifth Season Restaurant and Viking Club - exclusively for guests staying at the Norweska Dolina Resort.

*Failure to report arrival with a pet will result in a fee according to the Regulations.
According to art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the data for the invoice including the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP during booking will prevent issuing a VAT invoice later.
