We invite you to the Panorama Mountains located in the center of Szklarska Poręba, where comfortable apartments in an excellent location await our Guests. Nearby are attractive ski slopes, as well as picturesque trails for cross-country skiers. Mountain hiking enthusiasts will also find the Karkonosze trails waiting for them. Christmas in the mountains is the ideal option for all fans of active leisure, but also for those who desire undisturbed rest in the midst of nature, among mountain forests and the rustle of trees, which allows one to regain inner harmony and balance.

According to Article 106b paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us of this fact when making the reservation. Please provide the details for whom the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only in the case of our entering the VAT number on the receipt can you receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.

Alimentation

All meals are served at the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant in the Norwegian Valley Luxury Resort (Szklarska Poręba, ul. Kopernika 9).

Breakfasts are served in buffet style with drinks from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Dinners are served from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Christmas Eve Dinner on December 24, 2024, at 4:00 PM at the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant - reservation of this package is required.

The menu is partially served directly to the table and partially in the form of a Swedish buffet during the festive dinner.

Worth knowing

We inform you that vehicles with gas installations (LPG), electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars are prohibited from entering the underground garage. We ask the owners of these vehicles to use only the external parking on the resort premises, in accordance with the parking fees.

Please be reminded that non-compliance with the ban may result in a monetary penalty according to the Regulations and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Pets are accepted. Additional charges may apply.

Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 30 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
