In caccordance with the introduction of the epidemiological threat by the Covid-19 virus by a decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland from March 14th, 2020 until further notice The Fifth Season Restaurant and the Viking'S Club are not available to external guests, but provide take-out catering services only to guests staying at the resort. Simultaneously, we would like to inform you about changes in the functioning of the Norwegian Valley and special procedures that we have implemented for the sake of health and safety of our Guests and Staff. We would like to emphasize that not only do we comply with the recommendations provided by the state authorities responsible for our security, but we also implement additional measures to improve the safety of guests. First of all, we guarantee the allocation of reservations, observing the principle of placing guests in apartments so as to guarantee minimal contact.
In addition, all our apartments are disinfected with great care using the highest quality chemicals just before the arrival of guests. Disinfection of all surfaces is also done using hot steam. Door handles and public places are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis with bactericides. The buildings of the Norwegian Valley are new and designed in such a way that keeping them clean is not a problem. What is more, each apartment is additionally equipped with a disinfectant. For the safety of our guests, all lifts in our villas are disabled until further notice. We hope that the small number of apartments and floors (4 apartments on the ground floor, first floor and second floor) doesn't make such restrictions a major obstacle. In addition, from mid-March until further notice, the following attractions and rooms of our resort are not available to guests: Swimming pool and Wellness Zone, children's play room "Dragon Land", Spa Zone, Viking Club, as well as all public toilets.
The Fifth Season Restaurant, located in the Norwegian Valley, is not available to external guests until further notice. The restaurant provides catering services only for apartment owners and guests who are currently staying at our resort. From 14/03/2020 until further notice, meals prepared by the Fifth Season Restaurant are served in the form of catering (delivered to the apartments). We have introduced the possibility of ordering breakfasts and meals with delivery to the apartments. The ordered breakfast will be delivered by our staff with the highest possible security measures, to the main entrance door to the apartments. The employee will call the apartment informing about the order and move away avoiding any contact. Staff will serve meals in disposable gloves and, if necessary, also using protective face masks. Breakfast orders should be reported by e-mail to email@example.com or by phone at +48 790 275 402. Applications are accepted until 16:00 the previous day. Breakfasts in this form are served every day from 9:30 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.
Concomitantly, we would like to point out that the delivery time may be longer for logistical reasons. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding. You can also order dinner. In the interests of the safety of guests, such orders will be implemented using strict hygiene rules and accepted only by phone and e-mail. In the interests of the health of guests and our staff, each of our employees, before starting work, using a non-contact thermometer, body temperature is measured. It is worth noting that direct access of our guests to reception rooms is not possible. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us remotely (by phone or email). Reception staff process orders on an ongoing basis and answer guests' questions. Therefore, we encourage you to agree to charge your payment card. Another, acceptable form of payment is a transfer, which will be recognized by us after sending us confirmation of its execution. We have aborted the accessibility to newspapers and magazines at our resort. However, each apartment has access to high-speed Wi-Fi. We appeal for reasonable and responsible behavior.
If any of the Guests finds themselves or their loved ones any signs of infection, they should absolutely stay in their apartment and follow all the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. In addition, we would like to inform you that we meet the expectations of our guests who have previously booked their stays in the Norwegian Valley and have paid them fully or partially. We agree to postpone all reservations and the possibility of stays until June 30. This option applies to all reservations except those for Easter and the Long May Weekend. In addition, we agree to postpone all bookings that have been made through third parties, which we have never allowed before.
